Re: Hi, I'm Ronnie!
Mon, March 10, 2008 - 10:23 AMThe first thing I think of is how bloody tall our bed is. I'm reminded every morning when I swing around to put my feet down on the floor and can't reach - and I'm 6'3''! Then I think to myself - did I set the coffee pot up last night?
How about you? -

Re: Hi, I'm Ronnie!
Tue, March 11, 2008 - 10:41 AMHmmm, that really depends on the day. If it is monday thru Friday it is "should I wake up Bryce or let him sleep a couple more minutes (my 12 year old that DOES NOT get up with his alarm clock).
If it is Saturday or Sunday it is "I better get out and feed the animals before they start a riot"
NOW, if my husband is home (he is temporarily living and working in TX) the thought process is generally totally different depending if he is still in bed when I wake up or not. I am more of a night person for doing activities (wink wink) and he is generally more of a morning person, so that really dictates what I am thinking.
If you are 6'3 and have trouble getting out of your bed, how tall is your wife and how does she manage?

Re: Hi, I'm Ronnie!
Tue, March 11, 2008 - 8:09 AMHm, this is a tricky one. My mom passed away three years ago, so it's unlikely she'd find out anything - or maybe now she knows it all! The one thing that I never addressed with her was how resentful I was that she didn't protect me from her third husband. Before she died, I brought it up and she asked me to forgive her. Of course, there was no need to ask, I loved my mom so much that I'd already forgiven her but I did spend a lot of years upset that she didn't keep that bastard away from me. I never told her that because it'd have really bummed her out. And maybe because it wasn't necessary, I don't know.
I'd also never want her to find out I stole her bran-new jar of Nivea when I was 13 years old. Heh. -

Re: Hi, I'm Ronnie!
Tue, March 11, 2008 - 7:01 PMIt's true, sometimes it's just not necessary to say it all. Yeah, I think she knows and you love, what more can we ask for?
